Using UC Library Search Online

Using UC Library Search

This workshop will teach you all about UC Library Search, the new systemwide library catalog and search tool now used by all ten UC campuses. UC Library Search replaces Melvyl, the previous catalog. It will let you search the libraries of all ten UC campuses simultaneously for research resources. This workshop will cover searching with UC Library Search, applying filters to a search, finding citation information, and interlibrary loan.

Length: 30 minutes

You will receive the Zoom link and passcode when you RSVP.

An Important Note:

We are hoping to record many of our workshop sessions for use on our Library website and our YouTube channel for future instructional purposes. If you would like to remove any identifying information from your Zoom settings and profile, please do so prior to the start of this workshop. Your instructor will notify you when the recording will begin.
