Programming in R 1 of 4 (software carpentry workshop series) Online

This four-workshop series teaches the fundamentals of research computing in R. It will introduce graduate students and faculty to concepts and tools they can apply to their own research workflows. We will cover R language fundamentals, program design, data management, and data visualization.

Your registration for this event will register you to attend the entire workshop which takes place over the course of four weeks: Oct 15, Oct 22, Oct 29, and Nov 5.

Participants should install R on their computer prior to the first workshop. You can find our installation guide here: https://libguides.ucmerced.edu/software-carpentry/r/install . If you need assistance with software installation, join us for pre-workshop office hours on Wednesday, Oct 14, 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm (use the workshop Zoom link).
